If you are in a small group, Sunday school class, reunion group or service group, please check in on each other weekly.

We know that stress exacerbates underlying conditions. If you are experiencing issues of substance abuse, or if you love someone who is drinking more than you are comfortable with &/or abusing substances more than you are comfortable with, please let me know so we can get you some help.
