It Is Finished

Friends,
As the great hymn of Easter reminded us, “the redeeming work of love is done.” Jesus’ victory on the cross over all that breaks, decays, and destroys God’s people and God’s creation is done. Easter proves this and amazingly invites us to join in receiving, sharing, and proclaiming the redeeming work of Jesus.
Jesus finished death, sin, and brokenness on the cross, and He begins for us the great adventure of being God’s people sharing and witnessing to victory of hope in Jesus. I was so deeply blessed to share in this first Holy Week with the people of University.
I believe this is just the beginning of the amazing work God has planned in, for, and through the people of University.
