The 2022-2023 school year is almost here and Kids Ministry is getting ready! We can’t wait to begin our new curriculum, Simply Loved. Whether in Sunday School, First Worship, or Wednesday Night Kids, children will “explore a foundational, Jesus-centered journey through God’s story of love.” One of the guiding principles behind the creation of Simply Loved’s curriculum is that kids need to be noticed and loved. That’s why lessons are designed to give every child a chance to share and be heard. Simply Loved “uses human relationships to communicate God’s love in a tangible way.”
The University Kids Ministry team couldn’t agree more! It is our deepest desire to let every child who enters this building know that they are loved, they belong, and they are created with a purpose. To accomplish this, we need your help! Volunteers are needed to serve as either lead teachers or helpers on either Sunday mornings or Wednesday nights. Whether you are available to volunteer weekly, monthly, or just once every 8 weeks, we have a spot for you. Let’s show every child who comes to University just how much they are loved–by the people in this church body and, most importantly, by the God who created them.
